Quality Control Measures

Complete inspection of job prior to the cleaning, including documenting condition, damage to property and safety concerns.

Complete inspection of job after the cleaning is performed, including before and after photos.

Consistent attention to detail regarding spray pattern, angle and water speed when cleaning on or around delicate structures, surfaces and electronics.

The same approach is taken when assessing each job prior to the cleaning regarding concentrations and strength of degreasers and soaps required to reach our high quality standards.

We take every possible safety measure, thus ensuring the safety and security of the cleaning professional, bystanders and neighboring property.

Our own water source and chemicals for cleaning is provided with every job.

The ecological degreaser is imperative so harsh contaminants are not seeping into the environment beneath or around the structure. Ensuring a more than adequate finished product every effort is made to collect grease, oil, contaminants, and debris from the job site. You’ll find in all of our commercial and residential jobs every effort is made not to disturb the environment upon and surrounding our job site.

Approach and Methodology:

1. Prior to the cleaning, observations and environmental concerns are noted by the cleaning professional to determine where spent wash water will go. Examples being permeable ground soil, storm drains leading to natural waterways and bodies of water and sanitary sewer systems. Key factors such as what type of contaminants and pollutants that will be in the spent wash water will determine the cleaning approach.

1a. Example: Fluids such as oil and grease are absorbed or scraped off of the surface and disposed of ecologically before hot water is introduced.

1b. Example: Trash and organic matter such as grass and weeds is collected and disposed of ecologically before hot water is introduced.

2. Cleaning techniques vary from job to job. Meaning a soft wash cleaning approach is sometimes opted for by the client or the cleaning professional with interest in the well-being and long term condition of some structures and surfaces, especially around electronics, glass and powder coated surfaces.

2a. Example: Soft wash cleaning may be opted for when cleaning around tempered glass. Direct blast of (3500 psi) water to this type of surface can damage the seal around the glass and have a negative effect on the structural integrity and appearance.

2b. Example: The finish on powder coated surfaces can be damaged when exposed to high pressure water as well, especially when the wrong spray pattern and approach angle is used.
This is when hot water, wide spray pattern and lower pressure (2500 psi) is the preferred method for cutting surface contaminants without having to bare down with high pressure.

3. Documenting condition of structures and surfaces is one of the first things we do upon arrival.

3a. Example: Photographing and documenting damaged or compromised structures.

3b. Example: Photographing, documenting and reporting public safety hazards.

3c. Example: Photographing and documenting trash and contaminants on and around the job site before and after the cleaning.
